With two bedrooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and very spacious living room with terrace overlooking the pool and the nearest mountains. Located in a quiet and familiar holiday home area with swimming pools, tennis court, BBQ area, wide garden area, swings...

Biescas is a mountain village with 1500 inhabitants but with all services such as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, bakeries, supermarkets, parks... Located in a privileged environment of Huesca with access to the Pyrenees (French border just 20km.) Mountain bike routes, hiking, climbing areas and peaks above 3000 meters. Huesca is the province that contains 85% of the peaks over 3000 meters high in the Pyrenees. Swamps with canoes and sail. Riding areas. The nearby ski resorts (15km) open the ski lifts in summer to be able to ride bicycles or go on excursions. Also there are some spas https://www.panticosa.com/

Valle de Tena is one of the most extensive and populated valleys of the Pyrenees. It has an area of about 400 km² and, altitudinally, it goes from the 600 meters of altitude in its lower part to over 3,000 m in many of its peaks (Balaitus, Gran Facha, Argualas or the Picos del Infierno).


  • Huesca is the closed town 90 km away that can be reached easily by AVE fast train from Madrid or Barcelona.

The Serrablo Route of Romanesque churches is a set of 14 churches all in similar style yet each with unique features and quite particular to this small area (20Kms away from our apartment). All of them are situated to the left bank of the Gállego river: Lárrede, Isún, Satué, San Juan de Busa, Oliván, San Bartolomé de Gavín among more. Chronologically they date back to between the mid 10th and mid 11th centuries.

It's worth including the Catheral in Jaca here too as it isn't that far from the Tena Yalley. It's a Romanesque building dating to the 11th century and whose diocesan museum houses a wide collection of Romanesque and Gothic paintings. A little farther from Jaca is the Romanesque monastery of San Juan de la Peña carved into the rock and declared a National Monument in 1889. It's also worth visiting Santa Cruz de la Serós a medieval village with an 11th C monastery and a church called San Caprasio which is an excellent example of Lombardy Architecture.

Also the Roman and Medieval bridges together with Romanesque arches are also some of the architectural features to be seen here.

Urbanización: Familiar y tranquilo, Zona vacacional de casa que pertenecen y usan sus propietarios, personas que llevan en la Urbanización muchos años.

Entorno: una zona privilegiada con acceso a los Pirineos (Frontera con Francia a solo 20km.) Rutas de BTT, senderismo, zonas de escalada, picos de 3000 mts. Huesca es la provincia que contiene el 85% de los picos de más 3000 metros de altura del Pirineo. Pantanos con Piraguas y vela. Zonas de Hípica. Las estaciones de esquí cercanas (15km) abren en verano los remontes para poder subir bicicletas o hacer excursiones.

Biescas es un pueblo de montaña con pocos habitantes pero con todos los servicios como restaurantes, bares, pizzería, panaderías, supermercados, parques...

A huesca se puede llegar en AVE desde Madrid o Barcelona. Con lo que los accesos son muy sencillo. Desde Huesca hay menos de 90kms.

El coche que dejamos para intercambio es un Fiat Panda 4x4 en perfecto estado. Diesel para 4 personas.
