Family house with garden close to Paris
We love living in a green neighborhood near Paris. How nice to relax in the garden after visiting the busy French capital!
A 20-minute metro ride from the city center, our house is convenient to visit Paris. It is comfortable, clean and well-equipped inside with a 200m2 garden and a garage for your car.
Although the front of the house is on the street, the neighbourhood is quiet and green, the Marne river nearby offers sign-posted walking/cycling routes directly to the Vincennes woods and central Paris.
There are three bedrooms, including one en-suite master room with queen size bed. It can sleep five persons.
There is garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
We bought this old house ten years ago and renovated it entirely adding extensions. It’s bright and cosy inside.
We will take care of your home and we expect the same from you. We have rather high standards as regards cleanliness. We enjoy swapping homes: we have made great encounters with people around the world, and there is no comparable way to live as the locals do. Plus it is sustainable. We hope you share the same vision.

This was an amazing exchange! The communication with the Delord family was easy and friendly. They were very helpful with providing info regarding the house and the area. The house was accurately reprsented, clean and comfortable. In addition, it had a wonderfully cozy and relaxing vibe, which was very much appreciated after a busy day in exciting Paris. Upon our arrival back to our home, we were also very happy to find it in excellent condition, exactly as we had left it. Overall a great experience!

We've had a great homeswap with Anne-Laure and her family. They have a lovely house with a garden (in Paris, imagine!). From there, It's very easy to visit Paris. Anne-Laure was very helpfull sharing info with us about Paris and environment. This brought us also to the non-tourist-areas. It was nice to combine Paris with the beautful spots nearby, as Versailles! We had a great time in Paris!

We are respectful, our teenagers are well-behaved.
Two one-year old cats live with us. You will have to look after them during your stay.
