House in Sant Cugat, Spain

We are living in a spacious and quiet house (140mts2), in a pedestrian street in the city center of Sant Cugat (just 200mts from the Monastery). The house is composed by three floors, with three bedrooms (1 single and 2 doubles), 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and a nice and sunny kitchen, also we have a terrace with a BBQ. We also have a parking for 1 car. We offer three bikes and 2 kids bikes. Note: since there are three floors it means that there are quite stairs in the house.

Our home is in Sant Cugat which is located around 20-25 minutes to Barcelona by either train (frequency every 6 minutes) or car. Sant Cugat is a lovely family-friendly town with a cobbled street, with nice restaurants and cafes, lovely terraces, lots of little squares, great parks and playgrounds and a beautiful monastery. We are based in the centre of town and 15min walking to the train station. We have a private parking for one car. You can experience the best of both worlds as you can be peaceful in our town but very close to the city to experience the culture and delights of Barcelona. We are based next to the Collserola Natural Park, where there are many walking and biking trails. We are just 30 minutes away from the beaches of the Catalan coast or Montserrat.

We are a family of 5. My wife is called Noelia, she is 34 years old and she is teacher in a State school (children up to 5 years old). I'm Pol, 37, I'm economist and I work as a financial portfolio manager in a Bank. We have three children, Ivet (6), Èlia (4) and Martí (1). Until last year we had a dog, but currently we don't have any pet, but we love animals.
