Master Bedroom: Top-floor dormer loft with double bed and ensuite bathroom
Children’s Bedroom 1: Single bed
Children’s Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (sleeps 2)
Office/Guest Room: Sofa bed (sleeps 2)
Additional Sleeping: Two camping airbeds
Bathrooms: Main family bathroom with separate bath and shower; ensuite in master
Living Spaces: Cosy front reception, dining area, and a modern, fully-fitted kitchen
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, and dehumidifier

It was Claire and Andy's first exchange but it was like they had done this before ! They were very welcoming and arranged everything for our stay Their house is very warm and cosy and lovely - a typical UK house (we loved the bow window) recently refurbished and Walthamstow combines a charming british village with the proximity to London

We’re a family of five who love travel and exploring new places — both near and far. My husband and I have lived in London for over 20 years and absolutely love the city. We know it well and are always happy to share tips on hidden gems, day trips, or the best family-friendly spots. Our children — one son (10) and two daughters (9 and 5) — are energetic, curious, and love the outdoors. They enjoy cycling, playgrounds, museums, and anything that involves a bit of adventure.
