Our holiday residence is located in Saint-Coulomb, in Brittany, 60 km north of Rennes.
Its surface area is approximately 100 m2 spread over 3 levels including a large and bright living room (40 m2) extended by a kitchen, 4 bedrooms allowing 10 sleeps, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets
Our house is an old village house overlooking the street, without a garden but with a small courtyard facing west in which you can stand outside with table and chairs, especially in the evening in summer, when the traffic is quieter.
Our house is located in the centre of a village with all the main shops (pharmacy, bakery, butcher's shop, grocery store, café-bar, tobacconist, newsagent, hairdresser, etc.) and a full range of health professionals (doctor, dentist, nurse, etc.).
Our village (Saint Coulomb) is located, between Cancale (4 km) and Saint-Malo (7 km), at 2 km from the sea where there are beautiful sandy beaches (10 minutes away by bike) and different walking and hiking routes (GR 34).
Important tourist sites: Saint-Malo intramuros, Mont-Saint Michel, Chausey Islands are easily accessible for day trips.
