We offer a comfortable and spacious semi-detached home of about 150 m2 across three levels, located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood only 3 km from the city center. The bus stops just next to our home with hourly departures.

The city center and train station are only 10 minutes away (car & bus), giving you easy access to Oslo and all its cultural highlights, including the Munch Museum, the National Gallery, the Opera House, and Vigeland Park and much more.

About the neighborhood

Konnerud is a part of Drammen municipality in Buskerud county which has just over 10 thousand inhabitants.

It is located just above the city center and has beautiful natural areas with several small lakes that are suitable for swimming in June, July and August.

It is also well organized for hikers in the forest with marked trails.

Retired couple - very flexible!

Kari (68) is a retired intensive care nurse who previously worked at the state hospital in Drammen. Terje (67) is a former teacher who now runs his own company as a producer and booking agent.

We love the outdoors—fjords, the sea, and the mountains—and if we can combine that with wonderful cultural experiences, we’re truly happy.

We also have a lovely caravan at beautiful “The Worlds end” (only 75 minutes from our home), so we can do a non-simultaneous holiday home exchange.
