Our apartment is situated on the second floor of a lovely and old 5-story building in Berlin Friedenau. There are large kitchen with balcony equipped with a inductioncooker,dishwasher, microwave and laundry machine, a living room with TV and balkony , a sleepingroom with masterbed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, ouer guestroom with sofa bed and a guest toilet.
We are living in a nice beautiful quiet neighborhood.
A little park is just 1 minute away and is a good start-off point for afternoon walks discovering the alleys of Friedenau.  Many stores and shopping opportunity`s can be reached within 7 minutes of walking distance. Additionally we provide two bicycles for you to discover the area and the shopping malls of the Steglitzer Schlossstraße.
Another good way of getting around is Berlin's public transportation network. It provides a perfect connection to the city’s centre and its sights. Trains will take you to the Brandenburg gate, the central station and the government district in 20 minutes or to the famous Kurfürstendamm in 15 minutes.
 
 
In  Deutschland  würden wir gern auch in den   Berliner   Sommerferien
ein  Segel- oder Motorboot  gegen unsere Wohnung tauschen!
