Our sunny apartment is in the center of MADRID in a quiet and secured residence with a 24h/365 doorman.
It is perfectly located to discover Madrid on foot, although we are surrounded by public transportation.
The air conditioned flat has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a nice terrace facing south overlooking the city.
High speed Internet & Wi-Fi.
In the residence we have a big swimming pool (open from mid-june up to mid-september) a playground and gardens.
Madrid was elected in 2021 as an UNESCO heritage site.
In less than 80km. there are other 6 World Heritage cities: Toledo, Segovia, Avila, Aranjuez, El Escorial & Alcalá de Henares, worth to spend a daytrip.
Direct lift access to a parking lot in the basement of the building with a car at your disposal.

The flat is in the centre of Madrid, although in a very quiet street in an upscaled residential dwelling (with 24h. doormen,
a playground, gardens and a swimming-pool in summer) surrounded by shops, supermarkets, chemist and restaurants.
All the main monuments of Madrid are within a 10 min direct bus/subway ride, or a pleasant 20-min walk (Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Cathedral, Puerta del Sol, Retiro Park, Prado Museum etc.).
You can also visit the great UNESCO World Heritage Sites near Madrid (Toledo, Segovia, Aranjuez, Ávila, El Escorial, Alcalá de Henares).
And if you wish to go further, Seville, for instance, is at only 2 and a half hours by high speed train.
(and Cordoba at about one hour and a half!).

José Carlos is a wonderful host!! His apartment is as it is described, very comfortable, spotless clean and perfectly located to visit Madrid. We loved being there.
If you have never heard about UMBRIA and you receive an offer from Michella, Do not doubt a second. This region is gorgeous, and her house is perfect to enjoy your holidays.
Il Sig. Juan Carlos è stato molto gentile, sempre rintracciabile. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole con una casa molto accogliente, ordinata e pulita. Abbiamo avuto diversi scambi telefonici e ci siamo sempre capiti bene sia prima che durante e dopo lo scambio. Un ospite d'oro!
