Le quartier est très calme et le centre ville est situé à 10 minutes à pied. Il y a un bois et un lac à Louvain-la-Neuve. Un grand centre sportif avec piscine se trouve à 300 mètres de la maison.Tout le centre-ville est piétonnier et l'ambiance y est très jeune et cosmopolite. La ville héberge une grande université. La gare de Louvain-la-Neuve permet d'aller visiter Bruxelles, Bruges, Gent, Liège, etc sans embarras de parking et sans risque.

My house is located in a pedestrian area next to a play ground. It has completely been restored.
It is small but warm furnished and well equipped. The city centre is situated at 10 minutes by foot.

It has been a pleasure to be at Gabielle's home. Everything was even better than expected. The house is lovely, fully equiped and very well situated. The surroundings are wonderful, peaceful but near of everything needed. Ce fut un plaisir d'être chez Gabielle. Tout était encore mieux que prévu. La maison est charmante, entièrement équipée et très bien située. Les environs sont magnifiques, paisibles mais proches de tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
We hebben de ruilpartner ontmoet, het was een aangename kennismaking. Het huis was gerieflijk en aangenaam, alles voldeed aan de verwachtingen.
La maison est conforme à la description, toute équipée, moderne, très propre. L'emplacement est très agréable, calme, à proximité d'un bois et du centre ville. Très bon contact régulier avec la famille. Un livret d'accueil très bien réalisé avec des suggestions de visites, ballades, activités était préparé.
Gabriella ci ha accolto nella sua casa con gentilezza e disponibilità! La casa è perfettamente rappresentata sulla inserzione Intervac. Abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza assolutamente raccomando ad altri soci lo scambio con Gabriella!
