COPENHAGEN: 120 sqm apartment. Or COTTAGE: 80 sqm near the beach in NorthZealand, Denmark!
Stay in Copenhagen – live like a local
Dreaming of a European city break where life feels easy, green and inspiring?
Welcome to Copenhagen – one of the world’s most liveable capitals, where the sea is clean enough to swim in, bicycles outnumber cars, and everyday life unfolds at a human pace.
Our home is located in one of the city’s most attractive neighbourhoods – calm, green and vibrant at the same time. From here you can step straight into real Copenhagen life: harbour baths, leafy parks, cafés, culture and efficient public transport are all just minutes away.
Copenhagen is built for people, not traffic. Around 70% of all daily trips are made by bike, and the city continues to invest heavily in green spaces, sustainability and quality of life. You will feel it the moment you arrive.
From our home you can:
• Swim in the clean harbour or relax on the nearby beach
• Walk to parks, playgrounds and green spaces
• Reach the airport in 12 minutes by metro
• Reach Central Station in 15 minutes by bus
⸻
🏡 Your Copenhagen home
Our bright, modern 120 m² apartment is ideal for 2 adults + 2 children and offers both comfort and space – something that is rare in a big city.

• 3–4 comfortable sleeping places
• A large open kitchen and dining area
• A spacious living room for relaxing evenings
• Separate bathroom and toilet
• Direct access (just 3 steps) to a quiet, private shared courtyard
Here you don’t feel like a tourist — you feel at home. It’s a place where you can slow down, open the windows, hear the birds in the courtyard and live like a true Copenhagener.
⸻
🎭 Culture, food & unforgettable experiences
Copenhagen is a city of contrasts: historic streets and bold modern design, fine dining and cosy neighbourhood cafés, royal castles and edgy contemporary art.
You will find:
• World-class museums and galleries
• Design, architecture and rich history
• Michelin-star restaurants and relaxed local cafés
• Safe, clean streets and a friendly atmosphere
