Big new house in the same village, in a quiet lot, with a new garden, in a typical village of the wine trail, nearby immediate of the mountain, vineyards and Colmar.
Take advantage of our exceptional location, at the heart of the region where are the most beautiful cities and villages of Alsace : Eguisheim (3 km), Colmar (8 km), Kaysersberg (20 mn), Riquewihr (20 mn), Ribeauvillé (25 mn), Strasbourg (70 km and 30 mn by train), Basel in Switzerland (35 mn by train or 50 km by car), etc.
We propose you our new passive house of 165 m2, built in August 2024, very bright, in a quiet lot, with a garden of 5 hundred square meters, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a fireplace and all the comfort. We could leave a small car, if necessary. The house is located in a beautiful Alsatian village, in 8 km in the South of Colmar and at the foot of Vosges.
The village is typical : houses with timber framings, colored, presence of storks, medieval tower, etc. It includes small shops (bakery, hairdresser, restaurants, garage owner, etc) and 400 hectares of vineyard on its territory because it includes the foothills of Vosges.
There are many things to do for adultss and children. We know them and we would advise you ! And we have many english travel brochures. You will find them in our house.
Alsace is quite hot in summer but our passive house is cool because very well insulated and built in 2024 to take into account climate change.
You can besides take advantage of it to discover a region with numerous tourist attractions. This region, besides kept a culture and an authenticity for part. Indeed, not Alsatians of origin, we can assert all the more without false modesty that Alsace is a magnificent region in term of landscapes, rich in gastronomy, with an impressive architectural heritage, a culture and an authenticity strong. It deserves unquestionably to be discovered on the occasion of holidays.

The village is typical : houses with timber framings, colored, presence of storks, medieval tower, etc. It includes small shops (bakery, hairdresser, restaurants, garage owner, etc) and 400 hectares of vineyard on its territory because it includes the foothills of Vosges.
We are 5 mn of two forests, the mountain, in 10 mn of several medieval castles, in 10 mn of Colmar, city in the numerous tourist attractions (more beautiful city of Alsace), in 15 mn of several of the villages the most visited by the big East, in 40 mn Strasbourg, in 40 mn of Fribourg in Germany and 50 mn of Basel, in Switzerland(Swiss), etc.
There are many things to do for families. We know them and we will advise you ! And we have many english travel brochure. You will find them in our house.
Alsace is quite hot in summer but our house is cool because very well insulated.
Vosges are an ideal massif of low mountain range for the hikes(rides), in any season. Numerous departures exist in 10 mn of the house. The landscapes are magnificent and varied ; the very numerous lakes and the farms-inns. All the sports and the outdoor activities can be practised there.

Serious and warm family
We all like sports in the family. So you will find in our house bicycles and what to make different sports : football, basket-ball, rugby, swimming, tennis, frisbee, etc.
We also love pets, especially cats. We will let our two cats in our house. But they sleep in the garage, go out alone and will not bother you at all.
It will be a pleasure for us to take care of you pet ! We have already done it for cats, dogs, chickens and even rabbits !
