Welcome to Seville!! Welcome to our home!!
It is located in a small town just a 15 minute drive from Seville's city centre. It is situated in a quiet area but just a 5 minute walk from the town center or the bus stop.There are also many restaurants and bars nearby as well as a medical center and the police station. The nearest metro station is just 5 minutes away by car and it takes you to Seville’s city centre in 10’. There is also a shopping centre with a cinema just 5' driving from home.
If you love the sea, there are several beaches just 1 hour away by car (80 kms). Córdoba is just 150 kms away and Granada is less than 3 hours driving where you can visit the Alhambra. Málaga is reachable in 2 hours aproximately.
We live in a detached house with a large enclosed garden and our own private swimming pool. Ours is a one-floor house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a family size, fully equiped kitchen. If you wish, it is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors (we do!). It is the perfect place to relax after a busy day visiting the city. The house and the 45 m3 swimming pool are situated on a 1000 m2 piece of land. You should not miss a swim at night in summer!

When traveling abroad, we would need to exchange the car, too. Car type: Reanult Megane Scenic with 5 seats.
Our home is available:
-During the summer to exchange for up to 3 weeks, usually in August.
-Easter, Christmas or Bank holiday weekends(Puentes) within Spain mainly, but we are opened to any proposal within Europe (cities with direct flight from/to Seville).

About the neighborhood
We are just 15' drive to Seville's city centre or 5' minute drive to Metro station (free parking available). It takes 10' to get to the city centre.
Seville is situated on the banks of the Guadalquivir River. It has a rich Moorish heritage, and used to be a prosperous port that carried out trade with the Americas. The streets and squares in the historic quarter of the capital of Andalusia are lively and busy. They treasure many constructions that have the World Heritage designation, and many districts are full of traditional culture, like Triana and La Macarena.
Seville is a prominent business and service centre in the south of Spain which enable visitors to discover endless attractions.Museums and art centres, theme parks, cinemas, theatres and clubs are some of the many leisure options that a great city like Seville holds. Without forgetting, of course, the numerous terraces, inns and bars where visitors can practise one of the most deeply-rooted and tasty traditions in the city: "Going out for tapas".
Another good excuse to come to the Sevillian capital are the festivals. The celebrations ofEaster Week and Feria de Abril (the April Fair), which have been declared of National Tourist Interest, reflect the devotion and folklore of the people of Seville, always open and friendly to visitors. But Seville's appeal does not end there, as the city is also the starting point for the many cultural routes the province offers, such as the Roman Bética Routeor the Washington Irving route.
The visitor will also discover the immense natural wealth of this region, which sits halfway between two continents, in natural treasures such as the Doñana Nature Reserve, declared a World Heritage Site and Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, and the Sierra Norte Nature Reserve. They will be the ideal setting for practising outdoor sports, including hiking, horse riding, and cycling routes. If, on the other hand, golf is your sport of choice, then you will be glad to know that Seville has four excellent golf courses in its vicinity.

La familia y la comunicación con ella muy, muy bien. Ha sido el intercambio más fácil que hemos tenido en ese sentido. En cuanto a la casa, muy bonita y bien decorada, pero con los colchones vencidos y el sofá realmente incómodo, muy muy duro. Ni para sentarse ni para recostarse.

Love travelling and spending time together
We are four in my family, my two daughters aged 22 and 16, my husband and I.
We love going out for tapas, our town has lots of places to go, we will recommend you the best ones. There are lots of bars here.
If you prefer, we will recommend you where to buy some good Iberian pork to have a great BBQ at home, we love to have dinner with our family and friends in the garden.
We are also very fond of movies and enjoy a good film together.
But what we most love is travelling.
