Spacious and comfortable house in Brittany by the Pink granite coast.
Our house is located in the centre of the pretty and touristic town of Lannion, 9 kilometres from the "pink granite coast" and its white sandy beaches. The house is spacious and sunny . Despite its location in the town centre, it is quiet .
We have 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a TV room .The rear garden is full of trees. We also have a large, south and west-facing terrace, where we have our meals in summer. There is a sports room in the basement.

Our house is ideally located very close to lovely beaches and pretty villages like Ploumanach '( elected the most beautiful village in France in 2015!), Perros Guirec, Tregastel, Trébeurden, Guingamp...)
You can go shopping in the town centre of Lannion. Every Thursday, a large market is held throughout the city.
You will be able to make great walks on numerous hiking trails and along the coast, practise the pleasures of navigation (sailing and canoeing, paddling, surfing, fishing, diving ...).
The islands of Bréhat and Batz are very close and really beautiful. You will also be able to discover inland Brittany and the mounts of Arrée, go hiking, fishing or horseriding...
Many cultural visits are also possible, in Lannion and its surroundings: in St Brieuc, Morlaix or Brest.
In addition, many restaurants, from creperie to gourmet, will make you discover the wealth of Brittany!

The actual swap got canceled due to Covid but all interactions were great and positive so I am sad we did not get to swap our homes.

We are a happily reconstituted family. We have 5 children but they no longer travel with us. We are sporty, we love hiking, cycling, practising kayaking... we also like visiting museums, galleries and...restaurants.
We have 2 cats, Moon and Pok. They just need some catfood once a day and a cuddle from time to time.
