Culture and nature- big flat in vienna, house at the countryside

Our family consists of Maria, Hannes, Oscar and Selma:

Selma 11 years old, likes animals, swimming, Sport activities, shopping...
The Appartment
138m2 in the first floor of a 19th century house including 16 flats. Our flat and our house was complete reconstructed and renovated in 2010/2011. In the flat you cannot hear any noice from the street, because there is only a small traffic and from the flat you look in our garden with great trees.
Rooms
From the entry room you can go to the toilette, the living room and the kitchen. A corridor leads to the second toilette (including washing machine and dryer), the bathroom, the childrensroom and the bedroom.
Our flat has a great balcony and we have an own garden with playground for the children and a children-house.
The house is situated in a noble, old outerdistrict of vienna at the beginning of the wood "Wienerwald". Its only a few minutes to go to the famous green areas "Türkenschanzenpark" and "Pötzleinsdorferpark" with childrens-playgrounds and to the public swimming pool "Schafbergbad". Nearby you can find the public transport tramway, railway and bus (only 20 minutes to the city), several supermarkets, restaurants, bars and typical "Heurigen".
The apartment is equipped with all the necessities such as computer, internet, Wlan, TVs, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
The house
we also have wooden house nearby vienna to swap. It is a 50 min drive to vienna and it is located in Sulz im Wienerwald- a village in Lower Austria. It is very quit, lots of nature and one step behind the house there is the forest.
The house is approximatly 100m2 big and has a very big garden- 2000m2.

Não cheguemos a conhecer a casa, pois por motivos profissionais não foi possível conhecer. Mas mantivemos a nossa casa disponível para a troca. Danificaram a bateria do automóvel e recusaram-se a pagar. Desapareceram coisas da casa. Entraram em zonas da casa que estavam fechadas e sem autorização para entrar. Acusaram-nos de responsáveis pelos dados de uma falha de luz na casa deles, quando não estivemos lá.

We are a family of 4: Maria, Hannes, Oscar and Selma. We live in a very green area in Vienna. We love the nature, swimming, cooking and travelling.( The last two long trips took us to Thailand and Namibia)
In our garden live two little rabbits named Schneeflocke and Merlin.
We are open for every destinations.
We love to travel with intervac throughout Europe. It's a great way to get to know each others. We are people with great respect for the places we are allowed to live in – your homes –, and expect the same from you. The trust you give in each other is very important.
