The house is a midterrace 2 bed property in the heart of the mature and peaceful neighbourhood of Portobello. It is in the city centre but a very quiet area. Less than 100 metres from the the Grand Canal with is beautiful walks and 200 metres from Camden Street, one of Dublin's busy nightlife areas. It is approximately 10 mins walk to Grafton Street and Trinity College.
The property comprises of a hallway leading to the open plan bright living room with internal courtyard and corridor to a compact kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a downstairs WC and washing and tumble dryer. The stairs leads to 2 double bedrooms (a main and guest room). There is a large modern bathroom with walk in shower. One of the nicest neighbourhoods in the city. It is a leafy neighbourhood by the Grand Canal full of cafes and restaurants. It is quiet with little traffic of cars or people on the street. Museums, galleries, theatres, sightseeing, shopping and cinemas are all walking distance. You can cycle the city from here. Its a very safe area at night and the neighbours know each other.

Lovely large appartment in a very nice neighbourhood in Barcelona with excellent public transport options. Karen was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave plenty of tips on things to do etc. The cats were absolutly no trouble at all. Would highly recommend.
Fabian has a lovely home in a great neighbourhood with plenty of public transport, and within walking distance of many of the sights of Dublin. He took good care of our cats and our apartment. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful large spotlessly clean apartment in great location in London. Well serviced by public transport also. Good communication with exchange partner. Everything went very smoothly. Would highly recommend.
