Our apartment isn’t flashy or new, but it’s full of charm and comfort — a peaceful little oasis in the city. One of our absolute favorite things is the huge 80m² terrace that wraps around the apartment and gets loads of sunshine. It's a great place to relax, sip coffee, or grow herbs and veggies in the raised beds (which are on an irrigation system, so no stress!). In summer, it's like having an extra outdoor room.

Inside, the living and dining area is bright and spacious, with big windows and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is open and practical, with everything you need to cook a proper meal. There’s a large, cozy bedroom, a flexible second room (great as an office or guest space), and plenty of storage in the entrance hall. We also love that the bathroom and toilet are separated — a small but handy detail.

The neighborhood of Albisrieden is something special. Even though we’re in Zurich, it feels like the countryside. We're in a quiet pedestrian zone right next to a park, with its trees, community gardens, and the lovely community center with animals and a sweet little café. Nature is literally at your doorstep, and you can walk to the forest in minutes. At the same time, shops and public transport are super close, and bus and tram stops are a 5-minute walk away. To the city center it takes around 20 minutes by tram.

Last but definitely not least: our two cat ladies, who will be your quiet (but occasionally curious) companions. They’re 10 and 12 years old, independent, and used to a calm routine. Since they’re most comfortable in their own space, we’re hoping to find someone who enjoys their gentle company and is happy to share the home with them.
