¡Hola! ✨ Intercambiamos nuestro precioso apartamento con vistas al mar en Torrevieja, España.
El piso tiene tres habitaciones dobles: dos con cama de matrimonio y una con dos camas individuales, por lo que es ideal para familias.
La cocina está totalmente equipada, pero lo mejor de la casa es el balcón, que conecta con el salón y dos de las habitaciones y desde el que podréis comer o cenar disfrutando de unas vistas increíbles al mar. Además, aunque vengáis en verano, al ser un último piso es un apartamento bastante fresco, especialmente por las noches.
El apartamento está dentro de una urbanización muy completa, con piscina grande y pequeña, pistas de tenis, zona recreativa y bar. La Cala de la Higuera se encuentra a solo dos minutos andando.
Se puede ir caminando al centro de la ciudad (unos 30–35 minutos), y a menos de 10 minutos tenéis la Playa de los Locos y la Pizzería 222 (¡nuestra favorita!).

Hello! ✨ We are offering a house exchange of our lovely seaside apartment with sea views in Torrevieja, Spain.
The apartment has three double bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, making it ideal for families.
The kitchen is fully equipped, but the best part of the apartment is the balcony, which is connected to the living room and two of the bedrooms. From there, you can enjoy lunch or dinner while taking in the amazing sea views. Although you may be visiting in summer, the apartment is on the top floor, so it stays quite cool, especially at night.
The apartment is located in a residential complex with a large and a small swimming pool, tennis courts, a recreational area, and a bar. Cala de la Higuera beach is just a two-minute walk away.
You can walk to the city centre (about 30–35 minutes), and within a 10-minute walk you will also find Playa de los Locos and Pizzeria 222 (our favourite!).
The nearest airport is Alicante, and the city is easily reachable from the airport by bus or taxi.
