A 125-year-old detached house at a scenic viewpoint in Hafnarfjörður, 12 km from Reykjavík. Close to all services, excellent swimming pools, nature, and the sea. Very nice terrace and a fairly large garden. Parking available. The stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Not suitable for families with small children. Perfect for a small family with teenagers.

A quiet and easygoing family
