There are 3 bedrooms,two double and a single one. there is one bathroom upstairs and a small one at ground floor, there are two living rooms, one of them is a TV lounge with kitchen in open concept. All modern and necessary appliances available. Our car is a one years FIAT-TIPO... and an older one FIAT FIESTA,well maintained of 200.000km.PALIO is a seaside suburb of KAVALA,6 km drive downtown.It is not a resort..but gets trendy!! during summertime! Autumn and winders it seems silent with only murmuruing sea waves on the many beaches...weather is mild but hot in summers...One priveledge of our home is its freshness during hot days , especially the two lower floors; Of course A/C exist in all rooms, as well as central heating in winter times. Fresness in summers is the gift of the many trees around the house, it gives also seclusion and privacy....according to mediterranean standarts of those qualities...there are four ''clusters'' of houses arund..oursis one of just four I could say that major priveledge is the vincinity of house tomany wonderful beaches on foot and /or short drive...as well the beautiful downtown KAVALA, the island of THASSOS, the antiquities at ANCIENT PHILIPPI, the NESTOS river and hiking no mountain PAGGEON.during spring,autumn and wintwr THESSALONIKI is also an experience...but mostly our house offers space and books and music for relaing after an interesting day ourdoors! WELCOME..PS We are experienced exchangers and great lovers of this way of travelling

we are a couple of retired dentist,evdokia, and pshycologist,minas. wearein our sixties we have two daughtersin their thirties.literature and cinema making are their proffessions one lives in athens the elder is married with child and lives with her chemical engineer husband in bratislava. we have exchanged a lot since 1987. it was then another club in englandthat we used. 2010we had our first intervacexchange in ireland . very amazing experience as always.then financial crisis made us DIZZY...then we became grand parents then now we start again..usually offsprings....dont follow us. just in case that one express serious intention to follow...we will inform you on time

NL0712Evdokia and Minas offered a perfect place in walking distance from the beach and with seaview from the balcony.
We enjoyed the many cats (living outside) who welcomed us every time we came back to the house.
The house is cosy and clean.
It's a beautiful region to discover with lots of historic grounds.

PL041Z przyjemnością polecam wymianę domów z Evdokią i Minas. Byli oni niezwykle mili i gościnni, a ich dom był perfekcyjnie przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Już od pierwszego momentu poczuliśmy się jak w domu, dzięki przytulnemu i urokliwemu wnętrzu, które zapewniło nam maksymalny komfort podczas pobytu.
Dom, który mieliśmy okazję odwiedzić, jest nie tylko uroczy, ale również wygodny. Wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia sprawiły, że nasz pobyt był wyjątkowo przyjemny. Zarówno przestrzeń wewnątrz domu, jak i ogród, pozwoliły nam na relaks i odprężenie w pięknej okolicy.
Miejscowość, w której znajduje się dom, okazała się ciekawa i przyjemna. Odkrywanie okolicy było przygodą, ponieważ było tam wiele atrakcji i miejsc wartych odwiedzenia. Przyroda, zabytki,lokalna kultura i greckie jedzenie dostarczyły nam niezapomnianych wrażeń i pozwoliły na pełne wykorzystanie naszego czasu.
Bardzo polecam wymianę domów z Evdokią i Minasem. Była to dla nas nie tylko doskonała okazja do odpoczynku i zmiany otoczenia, ale również możliwość nawiązania cennych i przyjaznych relacji. Cieszę się, że mieliśmy taką okazję i serdecznie dziękuję za wspaniałe doświadczenie.

The house-museum, as Minas call it, is full of beautiful things collected along their lives. Around the house there are several wonderful beaches with good bars and restaurants, with service even in the sand.
You can also visit the archaeological site of Philippi, less than half an hour from the house.
