We, Rita and Otto, have three grown up sons with partners. who live already in their own appartments, but sometimes some of them travel with us. Our house has approx. 150 m² living space on two floors. The garden is big and we have a large deck, porch + 2 balconies. (table tennis, hammocks)
In the basement of our house lives a tenant, an elderly, friendly woman. She has her own entrance and the appartment is completely separate from our living space.
We have one outdoor cat, which you do not have to allow entry into the house, unless you want to.
The cat is taken care of by the tenant during our absance.

- A nice little walk is in WALDKIRCHEN(nice little town) it is called “Saußbachklamm”. Not steep and not too long.
- Nice and traditional Restaurant in Austria including beer garden (approx. 45 min. from Büchlberg)

Wij hadden een fijn verblijf in het huis van Rita en Otto. Het huis is heel ruim en alles is er netjes. Het heeft een prachtig terras waar je in de zomer heerlijk kunt vertoeven. Het huis is gelegen in het mooie Beieren. Wij bezochten ook Oostenrijk en Tsjechië omdat dit het zo dichtbij ligt. Wandelen en fietsen is er heerlijk in deze mooie groene streek.
We are very satisfied with this exchange. The house was comfortable, exactly as described in the listing, and had everything a family needs. Relaxing on the terrace was wonderful.
