Looking for a summer arrangement 2026!
Unser Heim befindet sich in ländlicher Umgebung, ca 23 km nördlich der Stadt Salzburg. Es gibt eine hervorragende Anbindung mit der Lokalbahn in die Stadt.Wir wohnen in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung in freundlicher Nachbarschaft. Von unserem Haus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge, die mit dem Auto in ca 1 h erreichbar sind. Auch Seen sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung .
Deutschland ist "gleich um die Ecke"; München ca 1:30h entfernt.Mögliche Flughäfen sind: Salzburg,München und Wien.
Das Haus ist ca 170 m2 groß und wurde von uns in Verbindung mit unserer physiotherapeutischen Praxis gebaut. Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich mit Küche im Erdgeschoß, ebenso ein Gästezimmer und ein Bad. Im Obergeschoß befinden sich 4 Kinderzimmer, plus Bad und WC.
Im Sommer gibt es ein ein großes Trampolin im Garten.Wir haben nicht den gepflegtesten Garten, dafür ist er " unverwüstlich ".Es darf Fußball gespielt und herumgetollt werden.
Wir tauschen auch unser Auto. Ford Tourneo, 7 Sitze.
Our home is located in a rural location,ca. 23 km north of the city of Salzburg,which can be easily reached by a local train in half an hour,or by car in about 20 min. We offer a peaceful and secure environment in friendly neighbourhood. From our house you have a beautiful view of the mountains that can be reached by car in about 1 hour .Even lakes are nearby. Germany is " just around the corner" ;Munich 1:30h away. Possible airports are Salzburg,Munich and Vienna.
The house is approx. 170m2 in size and was built by us in connection with our physiotherapy practice.There is a large living area with kitchen in the ground floor, also the master bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 children's rooms ,plus bathroom and toilet.
In summertime there is a big trampolin in the garden. We do not have the most beautiful garden, as our- and your children also -are allowed to play football and to romp around as they please.
We also exchange our car. It's a Ford Tourneo, 7 seater.

Wir leben in einer kleinen Gemeinde nördlich der Stadt Salzburg ( 23 km entfernt), ganz in der Nähe zur Grenze nach Deutschland. Die nächst größere Stadt ist Oberndorf ( 7 km entfernt), wo das Weihnachtslied "Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht" uraufgeführt wurde.
In unserem Ort Lamprechtshausen gibt es Ärzte,3 Restaurants,3 größere Supermärkte, einen Bäcker,eine Fleischhauerei und weitere kleine Geschäfte-alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Sucht man urbanes, kulturelles oder große Einkaufszentren, so ist man in der Stadt Salzburg goldrichtig! Salzburg ist ganz einfach mit unserer Lokalbahn zu erreichen.
We live in a small village north of the city of Salzburg ( 23 km), very close to the German border. The closest city is Oberndorf ( 7 km away) , where the famous Christmas song "SILENT NIGHT, HOLY NIGHT" was composed and played first.
In Lamprechtshausen there are doctors,3 restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a bakery, 2 butchers and other small shops-you can walk it all!
If you are looking for urban and culturall life, or for big shopping malls, SALZBURG is the place to be! This WONDERFUL city is easy to reach by our local train!!!

La familia encantadora y la casa de ensueño, cómoda y perfectamente acondicionada, así como limpia y acogedora. El entorno extraordinario con multitud de posibilidades. Cuidaron nuestra casa como si fuese la suya propia.
The family Gartner is a very kind and loving family! Their house is very cosy and comfortable. The village is quiet but still you have everything you need. You are close to mountains and a lot of lakes. A real pleasure to do house exchange with them!
We had a great time at Barbara's house in Austria. The house is spacious and well laid out. From there, we drove to many beautiful attractions in the Salzburg area. Barbara was very kind and lovely to deal with.
We loved it all! It was much better then we imagine. Everything was so easy before the exchange and Barbara and here kids made the exchange to our best vacation with our kids so far. If we had any questions under our visit she replied direct. We found everything we needed in the house and she left a lot of information about the surroundings and the house that made the exchange easy. We took care of Leo, the cat under our exchange and that was just a joy. The kids loved him! The house was perfect for a big family with a beautiful surrounding and so calm. It was easy to take the train or car for adventures from bathing in lakes when it was really hot and slide in to salt mines to snowstorm in the glacier and hikes in the alps.

Wir sind eine 6 köpfige Familie. Barbara, 49, Physiotherapeutin,meine 4 Mädchen namens Emma(2004), Helene ( 2006), Marlies ( 2007) und Johanna ( 2009) und mein Partner Adam,Wirtschaftsingenieur. Wir sind sehr lebensfroh, unternehmen gerne etwas und halten uns viel draußen auf. Unsere Familie ist recht sportlich und die Kinder auch musikalisch. Die Kinder spielen Klavier. Außerdem gehören 1 Hund und 1 Katze zu uns. Sie heißen Caja und Leo. Es gibt eine Katzenklappe, somit ist der Kater ziemlich unabhängig. Der Hund ist während des Tausches NICHT im Haus.
Mein Lebenspartner, Adam hat selbst 3 Söhne. Wir verreisen aber fast nie alle gemeinsam.
We are a family of 6. Barbara ,49, my daughters Emma (2004), Helene (2006), Marlies (2007) and Johanna (2009) and my partner Adam. We are very cheerful, like to take action and like to be outdoors.Our family is quite sporty and the children musically.They are playing the piano.
There is also a dog, Caja. She will NOT be in the house during the exchange.There is 1 cat living with us,Leo. He uses a catflap,thus he is fairly independent.Leo is a very friendly guy.
I have got a new partner for living, who has 3 sons by himself. We are not always travelling together.
