XVIIIth century farm, south-oriented, spacious and comfortable. At the ground level are located a large living room, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen. At the upper levels are 3 big sleeping rooms with double beds and another bathroom.
There is a 1500 square meters garden with two terraces (eastern side and southern side).
The house is located one hour from Caen, Mont-St-Michel and Brittany.
5 kms far from the town Coutances and 10 minutes far from the beach.

dans un petit village , à la campagne près de la mer, Coutances 5 km. Nous sommes situés idéalement à une heure de la Bretagne ( Rennes ) du Mont-St-Michel, de Cherbourg et Caen.
La première plage se trouve à 8 kilomètres de la maison, la région est très belle et variée.
