Flat in Wien, Austria
Our apartment is in the south of Vienna, very near to an underground station and also to the southern highway. Nevertheless it is situated at a small, quiet square.
The appartement has two floors. Downstairs we have a comfortable living room with integrated kitchen. The windows are double, so that it is qualm when the windows are closed. For guests we have a bedsofa there.
Upstairs are the 3 small bedrooms, one of them with an ergometer you are welcome to use. And the bathroom and another toilet.
We are in progress to renovate some floors and change furniture, so that the pictures are not as it will be in autum.

Sobre a vizinhança
Just over the street you can find a typical Viennese pub. Shopping possibilities and playgrounds are able to be reached on foot. The underground station is only a few meters away, so that you are really quick getting around.
The West- station is about 15 min. away - 6 stations with the underground, and in 1/2 hour you can reach almost every place in town. If you did enough sightseeing, there are lots of other trips to do in the surrounding of Vienna. The Viennese forest for example or the Neusiedlersee (a large lake where you can go surfing, swimming, bikiing.. and birdwatching. The region is a beautiful nationalpark.)

Marcus is a teacher for music in a secondary school an for singing in a music school. If he has free time he likes to read and doing different kinds of sports. He also loves going on long bike trails and listening to music.
Christina is speech and language therapist and works in her own praxis which is only 5 minutes walk from our home. She loves singing in her choir and meeting friends. She likes going to concerts and birding.
Matthäus is in the 12th grade of school, is very and energetic. He is fond of playing all kinds of percussion instruments, riding his bike.
And Theresa is in a music school, as well as her brother. She plays the harp.
Together we enjoy our great city, where it never gets boring and where we have beautiful nature all around.
