A Nice house in south Sweden just by the marina

Close to the marina and beaches with a wonderful view over the strait that separate Sweden from Denmark is our house.
In an area full of interesting restaurants and beautiful nature with Kullaberg as an outstanding nature reserve.
Our house is a modern villa with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a wonderful glazed balcony upstairs . downstairs there are the kitchen 1 bathroom and a living room . 2 terraces one on the seaside and one from the kitchen.

In the area of Höganäs there are several of very nice golf courses
And it is very easy to visit beautiful Copenhagen either by car or train

Our House is in a quiet area close to the central of Höganäs and close to the marina and beaches .
Nearby the house is there a bicycle path all the way to beautiful Mölle and Kullen ca 10 km .
And if you are in good condition only ca 20 km south there is a cykling path all the way to Helsingborg .
In and around Höganäs there are many beautiful golf courses .
